Revana Health LLC operates as a non-clinical administrative services organization and technology platform that facilitates patient access to telehealth services delivered by independent licensed healthcare providers.

Revana Health LLC does not provide medical care, diagnose conditions, prescribe medications, or make clinical decisions. Medical services are provided solely by independent licensed healthcare providers affiliated with Arora Health, LLC. This notice primarily applies to the handling of Protected Health Information (PHI) generated during medical services provided through those providers.
